The Packages
Standard package £595
The Standard package starts by covering events immediately prior to
the ceremony at the wedding venue such as guests arriving, groom waiting
and arrival of the bride. We then document the ceremony after which
there is an opportunity to take some formal shots. Duration approximately
1 1/2 hrs.
Includes an album containing approximately 32 prints plus copies
of ALL the photographs taken.
Luxury package £825
The Luxury package also starts with arrivals at the ceremony venue.
After documenting the ceremony and taking some formal shots we then
follow on to your reception where we continue to cover events until
the speeches are made or the cake is cut, whichever comes last.
Includes an album containing approximately 60 prints plus copies
of ALL the photographs taken.
Ultimate package £1045
We are yours for the whole day. The Ultimate package includes photographs
of the bridal preparations and, if required, some of the groom’s.
After, we go on to the ceremony venue to photograph events there and
then follow on to your reception where we continue to cover everything
including speeches, cutting the cake and finally the first dance.
Includes an album containing approximately 80 prints plus copies
of ALL the photographs taken.
These prices are valid for weddings taking place during 2006.
The above packages are suggested guides only. They are all
flexible and depend upon the time involved. With the larger packages
there are usually many opportunities for still lives and shots of details
as well as formal or informal portraits.
Booking
First check we are still available on your wedding day by either telephoning
01474 813280 or emailing info@dillonrussellphotography.com
giving your name, address, telephone number and wedding date. Then we
need to arrange a meeting to discuss your wedding and answer any questions
you may have. After that, should you decide to book with us, we will
send you a contract for you to complete and return along with a deposit
of £200 to ensure your date is reserved.

Extra Albums
All albums are made of quality bonded leather with padded cover. They
come with a choice of 6 or 10 leaves to give 12 or 20 prints respectively
at one print per page. It is possible for the Minor and Major size albums
to accommodate higher numbers of prints by having two 6 x 4” prints
on some or all of the pages. Please ask for details. Colours available:
ivory, burgundy, black, green or blue.

The above prices include the corresponding number of prints at the
size shown.
A nominal delivery charge to UK addresses is made as follows: £5
for orders under £100 and £10 for orders between £100
and £250. There is no delivery charge on orders of £250
and over to one UK address.
Purchase of Images on CD
If you anticipate wanting a significant number of copies of your pictures,
or are concerned about the availability of prints in the long term,
you might like to consider purchasing all the images on a CD. For £200,
we will supply high resolution scans of the original negatives together
with a listing of their numbers cross-referenced to the print numbers
in your album.
Although technically we retain the copyright, you will have our written
consent to make unlimited copies for your own personal use. In practice
this means you will have the security of knowing that you can get prints
made whenever you like and inexpensively for years to come.
Copyright
In accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, copyright
of your wedding photographs will remain with Dillon Russell Photography,
and in the normal course of events we also retain the negatives. This
of course means that it is unlawful for you to scan or copy any images
by any means which are part of the wedding package.
